for years, the great goddess Faust and her fellow divine beings known as "humans" are worshiped by nearly all sentient creatures in Equis. for they created the land, sea, and air in which the mortals thrive and live in. at least, that's what they believe..... drop a normal human in the middle of it and watch as ponies, griffons, dragons, zebras, and changelings try and gain their "blessing" from an unwilling "god"

The parallel universe is indispensable to fanfiction, even in stories where it isn’t addressed as fanfiction by it's nature takes a route that deviates from the established universe. It allows for crossovers, mash-ups, what ifs, and all sorts of other fun stories. My story begins in a nexus between universes, with a father who just wants to let his daughters meet their heroes, and finds himself charmed by the inhabitants once they’re no longer just characters to him. With his knowledge he could fundamentally alter everything that happens; but his goal is for things to turn out the way they’re supposed to. But change is inevitable. Change for both him and the girls. Things start light, but there are cracks that show the shadows cast. And secrets are not kept forever. Relevant crossover tags that there aren't options for/I have far too many: Slayers, Dragon Ball Z, Tenchi Muyo, Monster Musume, Dungeons and Dragons, Minecraft, Undertale, Dark Souls -- -- -- -- -- -- *** -- -- -- -- -- A father goes to great lengths to find his daughter’s heroes. And finds himself being drawn into the world. But even the brightest light casts a shadow. And things that could too easily be are seen. Things that demand action. Things that must be confronted. But with help from your friends you can confront even your past to find hope. However hope and caring can lead you down a dark path. But your friends will fight to see you again, and find their own reward in your smile. Fire will burn all that it touches, ever seeking more fuel for it’s own survival. But with care that fire can be tamed to bring out it’s brightest light. There are times where you can help your friends. And times where they must help themselves. Never forget that those closest to you may be afraid to seek your help, or are unable to ask, or may even demand that you stay away. But no matter what you stand beside them. Mark Watney is stranded- the only human on Mars. But he's not alone- five astronauts from a magical kingdom are shipwrecked with him.
Twilight Sparkle's experimental interplanetary drive has malfunctioned, stranding Starlight Glimmer, Spitfire, Cherry Berry, a changeling and a dragon on a hostile planet in another universe. With limited food supplies, very little magic, no communications with home, and no way to leave the planet, they must survive until somepony rescues them.
Fortunately they crashed right next door to another creature with the exact same problem- a creature named Mark Watney.
They're going to science the buck out of everything- and do whatever it takes to survive Mars and get everybody home.
The Elements of Harmony have to find Spike after Starlight commits a disastrous mistake: leave the poor drake alone in the Crystal Empire.
Spike's title as a hero and celebrity in the crystal empire has made of him the romantic target of a lot of crystal ponies; because of this, most of his friends know as a logical fact that leaving him all by himself in that kingdom is not a good idea.
Unfourtanely, Starlight and Trixie don't know about this issue.

Twinkle Twinkle was a very strange unicorn who other ponies thought was defective, but when she is stolen away from the freezing pony nation by a hungry dragon, can she survive, and in the process bring friendship to both ponies and dragons?
While fleeing the Windigo with the rest of the pony nation, Twinkle Twinkle was stolen away from her family by a hungry dragon. However, she was not afraid. In fact, she was determined to learn all about the creatures before her inevitable demise. That was because Twinkle was a very peculiar little unicorn, with a mind that other unicorns considered defective, and quite weird. Can a strange unicorn who is unable to feel fear survive in the lair of a dragon, and save the lives of every pony and dragon alike when faced with a threat that they cannot defeat alone?
Twinkle Twinkle is about to find out. And in the process, she will bring the dragons a completely new gift they have never possessed before.
Some ponies think Diamond Dogs hoard gemstones for the same reasons ponies do. Others think they eat them, like dragons. If ponies knew the truth, they might not be so eager to rob them of their subterranean treasure. If only they knew.
Rover the Diamond Dog has been pack leader for years now, protecting the Diamond Dogs near Ponyville from all manner of threats. He’s made mistakes, such as the time he thought it would be a good idea to kidnap a unicorn to help find gems. But those mistakes don’t change his responsibilities—their pack has a sacred charge, one he will see fulfilled no matter what.
