This wasnt a big deal for most as they didnt mind adopting but of them, Applejack, Starlight, Twilight, and her mother all want their own flesh and blood, though for different reasons.
As such they have sought out the only thing on Equestria that can sow a barren field, a changeling queen. Plans quickly went off the rails after that.

Discord, the Lord of Chaos, can't believe what's happening, and tries to talk some sense into the ponies. Too bad nopony will listen to him. Why is Discord trying to talk Twilight out of marrying her true love?

A love story between two 'minor characters', because why should the heroes get all of the screen time? The sex won't be happening instantly, but expect plenty in later chapters!

As Princess Twilight and her close friends visit a faraway town to solve a friendship problem, Starlight is tasked with taking care of the Castle of Friendship and resolving any related problems, and Trixie agrees to help out.
Unfortunately, that's the easiest part of the day, and it doesn't take long for them to regret helping out.
