A chat with Celestia has Spike learning he's now got more in his job description than just 'Twilight's Assistant'
A couple of days have passed since Twilight Sparkle and Spike settled into Ponyville after the Nightmare Moon incident. However, Spike's noticed that she and her new friends, along with one or two others in town, have been behaving a little...oddly as well.
Not only that, but Celestia's summoned him back to Canterlot to inform him that he's now helping out her student in more ways than one...along with the rest of the Element Bearers.

When Ember inquires about how Spike's egg was found, a chance to find his parents reveals itself.
Through her letters to Ember, Twilight finds out that the Dragonlord may be able to locate Spike's parents. A trip to the Dragon Lands and an emotional journey ensues!

Three years ago, an alien spacecraft was discovered buried deep beneath the Everfree Forest. Without delay, it was excavated and thoroughly studied to the best of Equestria's capabilities. All signs pointed it being completely defunct, never to fly again.
Though unfortunately for creatures visiting it during its first day as a museum, the truth was the exact opposite.
A three hour tour of the ship has now turned into a grand tour of the galaxy. Will homesickness overtake these new explorers, or will they learn to love going where no pony has gone before?

In Part I of their tale, the ponies arrive in a star system at the edge of the galaxy. Immediately, Luna is voted as 'captain', and the race is on to find out how to operate the museum turned starship before they run out of food. Will our intrepid night princess be able to lead her ponies to this goal, or will her self-doubts put an end to her captaining days?
And why can't her new Red Dwarf friend be less cryptic if there's danger nearby?
You are...you can't remember, so lets just go with Anon. You are Anon, and you have arrived upon Equestria as the result of a magical spell cast by Twilight Sparkle...your new roomate.
When Twilight Sparkle decides to try a new spell she has perfected, she successfully pulls a being from another universe into Equestria. That being coincidentally is a human...that human coincidentally is you. What at first just seems like an opportunity for first contact between two species soon becomes something much more when certain truths are brought to light...and everything you knew about your life is flipped onto its head.
NOTE: At times in this story, the main character's thought process will be shown as an inner monologue with his brain. BRAIN's dialogue will appear in this color of text.

Having succeeded in their task of convincing the dragon to leave his mountain home, Twilight and her friends are of course delighted that things are getting back to normal. But shortly after their return to Ponyville, the young unicorn gets a surprise visit from the heroine of the hour, Fluttershy, who has something she needs to ask her.
There's a new pony in Ponyville but they just can't figure him out. He answers questions but that only crops up more questions.
A new pony has arrived in Ponyville on the day of Summer Sun Celebration. Who is he? He's nice but when the residents of the town learn more about him, even more unanswered questions seem to pop up. Can anypony figure out this mystery? Probably when they actually ask the right question. Are they going to? No Will he interfere with events? We'll see.
This is just an idea I had and wrote by hand (later edited onto a computer) in a matter of a few hours. I have no delusions that this is a perfect story. Just some fun I had when writing out ideas. For the most part it will focus on different ponies crossing paths with him as the series goes on and not directly follow him. This IS technically a Human in Equestria story but by no means is he ordinary, both in body and mind as you will notice in the first chapter. He WILL be unrealistic, so please no comments about him not reacting to the situation like a normal person. As for the back story of the character, I had originally included it but at second glance, I felt it would be better for both people inside and outside of the story to figure it out. Spike shows up on Fluttershy's doorstep at the crack of dawn, professing heartbreak and asking for a shoulder to cry on. Fluttershy does as every pony should: she makes him a pot of tea, and sends him off to bed.
This is the story of where that takes them.
This turned out to have three endings. In order they are Bad, True, Happy, and have been placed in the story where they would have occurred had I written them 'in flow' if you will. They are not tied to each other and you only need to read the one you want to get an end to the journey. Thank you to everyone who supported this to the end. It was a lovely trip

Ember has a conundrum on her claws. A real solid conundrum. Her mind's gone adrift, as it often tends to do as she watches the drakes go be their usual macho selves in the Dragonlands. She's wanting a better drake, someone who doesn't compare penis sizes and brag about their exploits. Someone... well, someone well a bit more noble than that. Or at least less crass.
An opportunity presents itself by pure chance when Twilight sends for her requesting her presence at a friendship summit, and as pure good luck would have it she finds herself getting lost in the pony's massive castle and stumbling upon Spike, who's in a conundrum of his own. Namely, poor guy's a virgin. So, Ember lets her thoughts drift for a moment and an idea comes to mind to solve both of their problems...

Twilight and her friends come across a young colt who has a surprising request for them
After having saved Equestria from the chaotic terror of Discord, Twilight and her friends are more than ready to settle down and relax back in Ponyville. But while enjoying some milkshakes together, they're approached by a young colt who has an unexpected thing to ask of them.
Twilight, after moving into Ponyville, becomes curious about her new home
Nightmare Moon has been defeated, and Twilight Sparkle has chosen to continue to live in Ponyville. But such a move requires all her belongings from Canterlot to be brought over, so one day, all of her new friends help her out with them. As she gets settled in, however, she starts to become curious about the Golden Oak Library.
Specifically, she wonders if she's the first pony to live there.
Spike falls in love with another dragon who just so happens to be the same size and age as he is. Later on, he comes to find out in addition that they're also both boys.
Spike hears a rumor from his friends, Rumble and Button Mash, that the new ponies from down the street are moving in with a young, adopted dragon of their own. Her name is Silk, and what's more important, this new dragon in town seems to be a girl due to having pink scales, and an extremely feminine personality.
After playing a game of truth or dare, Spike is forced into paying her a visit. Although, before Spike is dared into doing this, he learns that Rumble had already spoken to Silk previously while he was at the Crystal Empire. Rumble explains after the game of truth or dare that he managed to orchestrate a pretty solid arrangement just for the two dragons so they could meet one another properly.
Rumble then tells Spike that he should just head on over to her place with no worries. "She said that she's really looking forward to meeting you, Spike," Rumble says.
Little did Spike know what he was really getting himself into.
