Princess Luna still feels alone, nineteen years after her return to Equestria . But when she finds a friend in an online game, everything seems better. She can be herself without worrying about what others think, and she can finally talk to another pony, even if he never knows who she really is.
Celestia is worried about her sister, especially right now. Upcoming peace talks with a powerful new nation mean that all the Princesses need to be completely ready. With her Luna so absorbed in a fantasy world, she wonders how she'll make it through the harrowing weeks to come.
Button Mash feels like a failure. He's still living at home, he still can't find work that can use his degree from the university, and he still feels alone. His friends are getting married, starting families, and thriving in their careers. On the plus side, he plays games regularly, and his best friend is a mare, even if she doesn't know his name. He hopes that his upcoming vacation to Canterlot might help his mindset.
But, unbeknownst to all of them, a sinister web within a dark plot threatens to ensnare Equestria... And Luna may be the only one able to stop it.
She may face it alone, or maybe she'll have some help from her knight in faded armor...
Follows canon up to about season 4 or so. I'm not sure when everything went off the rails, but it was originally as true as possible when initially written.

Ponies are like those weird experimental dishes my broodmother sometimes makes: really interesting and probably good for a story, but never the type of thing I’d want to poke, for fear it might take off my hoof. I already learned my lesson the first time something I ate came back to haunt me. Sure, they're flavorful, but I’d like to be a bit more discerning when I’m trying to distinguish “edible” and “by-the-queen-it’s-looking-at-me.”

Chrysalis is alone. Wandering the Everfree leads her to find a lone stallion. Normally this would mean food. However his lack of any emotional response leads her to one conclusion.

Crack story Strong terms and Themes (you’ll see in the first chapter already) Human in Equestria. The plot is simple: We have fingers, they have hooves...Would that make Humans WAY better than ponies in giving massages then? Here they do, and the Human MC gives “Heavenly good ones” for reasons (his mother always suffered of back pains, he learned to give massages since he was a kid because professionals costed too much and once reached thirty-five years of age he had long become a ‘Master’.)

Kryostase, one of many changeling Guards, is taking part in a playful tournament against Equestria's best. But when he's put up against Flash Sentry for the final round, things go awry when his dirty secret is exposed for everyone to see...

It's been a while since Queen Chrysalis, leader of the Changeling Kingdom, offered a conditional surrender and Peace Treaty with Princess Celestia. Following that surprising turn of events, the two nations have gone to great lengths to make amends and work together. Fortunately for both leaders, their Guards were able to assimilate with one another fairly well after months of effort.
Because of that, it wasn't too long before combatants from both sides were able to spar against one another in playful competition whenever they were together. At Canterlot's Royal Guard barracks, an impromptu tournament was in play as players from both nations went one-on-one to see who had the best fighters in their class. By the end of the day, only one Guard remained from each side: Flash Sentry from the Crystal Empire, and Kryostase from the Changeling Kingdom.
Kryo may have been confident in his abilities against Flash, even though the pegasus had quite the physical advantage in comparison to the changeling's more trickster-like tactics. However, as the final match grew more heated, and the teasing intensified from both sides during their sparring, it wasn't long before one of them would slip up. And unfortunately for Kryo, being held down by Flash would turn out to be the least of his worries...
Anon doesn't know how to feel about Chrysalis. Despite how close they have gotten, he doesn't know if it's reasonable to trust a changeling.
Though, through the thick of it, they are still together, fighting for what is there, for what they have. Love, companionship. It's hard to come by, especially if it's genuine. Could a changeling genuinely love someone, despite all their years of manipulation and heart break? Anon wishes to know.

A Changeling awakes in the Everfree Forest; a Changeling who used to be a human.
Beyond Earth and beyond the Universe within which Earth exists there is a place full of love; the richest mine of love that can be found, as it is seen by those capable of utilizing it...
Within that place, specifically a part of it called the Everfree Forest, awakes one such creature: a Changeling; specifically, a Changeling who had been a human on Earth the day before. How will he survive in a body that literally needs love for nourishment, while in a world that is now wise to the Changelings' tricks and has branded them evil? Better question: Will he be able to change more than his physical appearance?
These questions are not the only thing that will plague him, for the hows and whys of his arrival and transformation are in a hurry to reveal themselves, and Equestria's heart will stop as it waits for its fate to be decided.

Michael Spriggs is invited to Equestria so he may visit his daughter, the budding changeling Chrysalis in the midst of her teen years. He's missed her terribly in the month since she left, but Luna visited him and offered him the opportunity to traverse worlds and see his little pumpkin.
He is shocked to discover the ponies have been watching Earth for a long time and are preparing to make first contact with Earth. However, his concerns lay fully on the purpose of his visit to this strange world. Fully intending to return home, Michael will follow his daughter in her choice to go out and seek other changeling hives to learn about herself.
Join them, a sorceress, an overweight changeling, and the Sun and the Moon as they venture deep into the greatest lair of the changelings and meet the mysterious Empress of the Changelings.
