Waking up to a raunchy video of herself wasn't really on Princess Celestia's to-do list for the day. Somehow, someone managed to create a rather bawdy video of her and post it to Clophub. In the face of imminent social and political upheaval, she turns to Twilight Sparkle, the Element of Magic and dear friend, for help. If anypony can clean up this mess, it would be her. When ponies armed with terrifying and strange weapons take hostages in Ponyville, a counter-terrorist team from a far away world offers their services to assess and handle the situation. But they may have ulterior motives, something Celestia fears.
Equestria has seen their fair share of dangers and threats made to their land by gigantic monsters and power-crazy lunatics. From all of these threats, the Elements of Harmony have been at the ready to combat them through the unbreakable bonds of the magic of friendship.
However, a new enemy bearing incredibly lethal weapons threatens to leave the Elements helpless against unprecedented violence. When one Element and two others are taken hostage, a group of elite soldiers contact Princess Celestia to offer assistance. They're professional and more than capable, but Celestia fears they may have ulterior motives. Not to mention, there's the fact that they come from another world.
Jacob was just an ordinary student the year the whole world changed. It started with the powers, powers that seemed to be spreading. Can he get to the bottom of this mystery and take back his life before there's nothing left to save?
A few months have gone by since the last season of MLP, and it seemed as though the fandom would slip quietly into obscurity. But strange things are happening, things nobody can explain. People who have never seen the show report sightings of strange monsters wandering at night. Bronies develop strange powers, and sometimes they disappear. Strangest of all are the blurry images of familiar characters, all seeming convinced of terrible danger just around the corner.
Jacob never imagined his life would be anything but ordinary. He’d finish his degree, make a living, maybe have a few kids. Until he almost got eaten on his way home from school and found himself thrust headlong into danger he could barely understand. Jacob (and his humanity) may not survive it.
When Scootaloo disrupts one of Twilight's experiments Scootaloo and Twilight find themselves in a galaxy at war.
When Scootaloo crashes into twilight during a magic experiment they get teleported to an unknown city that's burning and has weird creatures scattered in the streets. As the two separated stranded ponies roam around the city separately trying to figure out where they ended up, will they try to make it home as fast as possible or will they stay to help a species that's being systematically eradicated?

Celestia is worried about her sister, especially right now. Upcoming peace talks with a powerful new nation mean that all the Princesses need to be completely ready. With her Luna so absorbed in a fantasy world, she wonders how she'll make it through the harrowing weeks to come.
Button Mash feels like a failure. He's still living at home, he still can't find work that can use his degree from the university, and he still feels alone. His friends are getting married, starting families, and thriving in their careers. On the plus side, he plays games regularly, and his best friend is a mare, even if she doesn't know his name. He hopes that his upcoming vacation to Canterlot might help his mindset.
But, unbeknownst to all of them, a sinister web within a dark plot threatens to ensnare Equestria... And Luna may be the only one able to stop it.
She may face it alone, or maybe she'll have some help from her knight in faded armor...
Follows canon up to about season 4 or so. I'm not sure when everything went off the rails, but it was originally as true as possible when initially written.
An unfortunate decision by Nymph plants her in the role of an infiltrator, dealing with the worst terror of all. Ponies.
Ponies are like those weird experimental dishes my broodmother sometimes makes: really interesting and probably good for a story, but never the type of thing I’d want to poke, for fear it might take off my hoof. I already learned my lesson the first time something I ate came back to haunt me. Sure, they're flavorful, but I’d like to be a bit more discerning when I’m trying to distinguish “edible” and “by-the-queen-it’s-looking-at-me.”

Every Taraskan soldier has the same secret dream: to die and never wake up to the hell that is war. Raiden’s country is not an elite fighting force. As broken as they are, they limp along and salvage what they can. Their best advancements are what they learn from the few allies they can get. As the world around them is engulfed by a darkness known as the Og Nag, Taraska is one of the last cities and therefore must do the unthinkable: be bait. Raiden is the King’s right hand in the worst way possible; having his intellect and natural fighting skill be used to destroy both their enemies and himself. When it seems Raiden’s wish has finally come true, they wake up to a new kind of hell: watching the same destruction all over again in a country that has never even imagined the agony Taraska was born into. With a new chance at destruction, comes a new chance for change however. There is a time to fight and a time to talk. Will Raiden finally get his people to break free from King Hurrand’s plagueful greed, or will they be just another story told to children? The Og Nag here are also acting strange, as if being directed by an unseen force. There is one last battle Raiden must fight in: breaking away from the endless cycle of abuse. A battle that cannot be fought with a weapon against a creature that never gets tired. It is the one fight Raiden must win before he can save anyone, even himself.

I wanted them to understand the paranoia and emotional fatigue that I do with my PTSD. I wanted readers to see a character with weaknesses and flaws, who gets tired, who gets emotional, who gets irrational and watch him pay for those flaws. I wanted a female character who doesn't hide her femininity but doesn't upplay it either. I wanted characters who solve a lot of their problems with their minds and strategy, not brute force. Twilight Sparkle accomplished something incredible, something not even the great Starswirl could manage. But ascension into the ranks of Equestria's princesses is not without its difficulties. Before she can take her place as princess of Friendship, Twilight must travel to the underworld and make a ceremonial offering to Death in exchange for her immortality. Twilight is more than a little surprised to discover the identity of the pony under the hood.
After years living in Ponyville and getting to know her friends, Twilight always assumed they were exactly what they seemed: a group of friendly and ambitious ponies. But as it turns out, the sort of pony who saves Equestria and decodes the ancient mysteries of Starswirl is likely to attract ponies a tad more interesting.
