Twilight has the opportunity of a lifetime. For the past few months, she has been tirelessly toiling to successfully teleport an asteroid from low-Equan orbit, to be the first to touch a piece of the sky. But at the moment of truth, Discord rears his face, and things go pear-shaped. Now, tired and depressed, Twilight feels like her chance to contribute to the knowledge of ponykind is slipping from her grasp.
On Earth, things are going swimmingly. More than thirty years have passed since the Great Reformation, and Humanity finally stands united in their strive for peace and progress. Poverty has been all but eliminated, space is beginning to be colonised, and Earth’s government and its citizens have a healthy relationship. Usually.
In a bizarre turn of events, a scientist vanishes in a flash from his lab, leaving his colleagues and superiors intrigued. It likely would have remained a mystery, another entry to the Universe’s long list of the unexplained. It would have been pondered, and eventually forgotten, had they not received a message back.

As a child, Daphne knew of a world where magic lived, where an immortal princess reigned over a beautiful kingdom, and longed to journey there beside Leit Motif, the filly she'd grown to love in the woods behind her home. But one day, when she needed her most, Leit Motif was gone, and she never came back to show her the way. As she grew, she put aside her childish dreams, and taught herself to believe the lie. When forces beyond her knowing take her sister Amelia, though, she discovers that her childhood fancies were entirely too real, and is thrust into a journey that will take her back to that land she longed for, back to the childhood friend she'd abandoned, and to worlds she'd only dreamed of.
Twilight finds herself wanting to know more about Celestia and Luna. So she ends up time travelling!
Princess Twilight, for all of her knowledge, didn't particularly know that much about Celestia or Luna's past. In an attempt to figure out more about her peers she digs up the infamous time travel spell. Jumping at the chance to gather first-hoof about the only other immortal ponies she dives head first into the past!
Finding that she has stumbled into helping the Princesses on a mighty quest she isn't hesitant to lend a helping hoof but her resolve is quickly tested when not all is what it seems and the past, and present, of Equestria is put at stake!
Follow Twilight, and the would-be Princesses, across the world as they track down dangerous artefacts, delve into dilapidated dungeons and avoid disaster in a race against time itself!
Romance will, eventually, be between Luna, Celestia and Twilight.
This story will include gratuitous amounts of cuteness at times.
There will be action and a little dark here and there, but only because it's the past and fighting does occur. It won't be a regular thing, trust me.
There is time travel and Twilight will be jumping around the timeline. But don't think about it too much!
The AU tag is only there due to the Princesses still being there, as well as the whole world existing before Equestria thing.
The world this story takes place in is: Equestria and Beyond. I absolutely love the detail which was put into this. Obviously there's parts not included, such as the Crystal Empire, etc.

A newly hatched changeling feels like the world around is more strange than it should be but can't understand why.
After losing her hive, Queen Chrysalis is forced to start another one. Luckily she has the help of a few loyal subjects who never accepted their fellow changelings new way of life. They must stay hidden from enemies, collect enough food to survive and rebuild their strength. Now the first brood has hatched and there is something very different about one of the larva.
When a foal is sent flying with the changelings, Chrysalis takes it upon herself to care for the foal. The pony will grow up and learn of the changeling's struggle as she journeys throughout Equestria.
What is it like not knowing who you are? To be different from everyone?
When a foal is accidentally sent flying with the changelings, it is up to Chrysalis to care and raise the lost filly, though keeping her from learning about her own kind would prove more difficult than it seems. After living her whole life with changelings, this little filly's life is turned upside down when she takes her first steps outside the hive. Old tensions are revealed, and this little filly is going to learn that changelings don't have it easy. But what can filly like her do? All the answers wait for her in Equestria, where she will meet new faces and see new places.

Ever had to deal with a bunch of overfriendly mares out of the blue? Eric Reed found out. If you're not into ponies, It's not fun.
Eric Reed was thinking about some of the girls back in his old, human world, wishing he could have a girlfriend. A human girlfriend. But before he knew it, Eric found himself having to deal with the affections of his suddenly overfriendly pony friends. Who may or may not take "no" for an answer. He's not into ponies like that, so this becomes really weird for him.
And things will only get weirder.
In the many months he's known them, none of his friends have ever once showed any real hints of a romantic interest in Eric. Why would they start doing it now...?

But Mego Mars has experienced both, and is about to have the adventure of his life trying to figure out how one led to the other. The kicker? He's suddenly a horse. And not just any horse; a little green girl horse. This isn't how the great adventure movie usually starts, is it?!
Written for Sparktail's AnonFilly contest, which had to focus on AnonFilly, a character I've never really heard of! But the fun thing is that 'AnonFilly' can really be anyone (so long as she's grumpy), and I liked the idea of a cute little pony actually being a big burly trucker doing his best to save Equestria!

Twilight discovers a long forgotten truth about the universe. She is very surprised by this, and so is Celestia.
Twilight once thought she knew everything there was to know about cutie mark magic. She was wrong. As it turns out, there is a lot more content out there when it comes to cutie mark magic, unlocking that potential is something not just any pony can do, much to the frustration of a certain white-coated alicorn princess.
This is a dumb one-shot vaguely inspired by a writing prompt found on Reddit, and was a caffeine fueled midnight adventure into the wonderful world that is fan-fiction. As my second ever fanfic, first ever completed fanfic, and first upload on this site, I don't expect greatness, but what better way is there to learn and improve?

Twinkle Twinkle was a very strange unicorn who other ponies thought was defective, but when she is stolen away from the freezing pony nation by a hungry dragon, can she survive, and in the process bring friendship to both ponies and dragons?
While fleeing the Windigo with the rest of the pony nation, Twinkle Twinkle was stolen away from her family by a hungry dragon. However, she was not afraid. In fact, she was determined to learn all about the creatures before her inevitable demise. That was because Twinkle was a very peculiar little unicorn, with a mind that other unicorns considered defective, and quite weird. Can a strange unicorn who is unable to feel fear survive in the lair of a dragon, and save the lives of every pony and dragon alike when faced with a threat that they cannot defeat alone?
Twinkle Twinkle is about to find out. And in the process, she will bring the dragons a completely new gift they have never possessed before.
