Some in Equestria consider humans as destructive and foul creatures that only wish for war and to benefit themselves. However, others think that they were very kind and compassionate creatures that would go out of their way to help someone in need. Given humanity's past in Equestria, both opinions are right.
This is a story about a man of medicine who believes that everyone deserves another chance at life, even the most wicked of people. However, when he is thrown into Equestria, he encounters both those who wish for other's safety, and those who's greed overpowers the needs of others. The man's morals and willpower will be tested by those who don't care for life.
This is heavily inspired by the trauma center series. Constructive criticism is welcome.

Anon had a normal life of being a massage therapist. And then one day he accidentally opened a portal to Equestria. As the only human in this new land, it would be a shame if his magic fingers went to waste.
So he decides to work as a deep-tissue masseur at the spa with Aloe and Lotus. Ponies from all over Equestria come to work out their problems, stress and kinks. Anon: part-time masseur, full-time therapist.

But you are more than happy to tend to her every need. Besides, you just know once she recovers, that you’ll be able to enjoy the wonders of her gentle hooves…and that rather naughty side of hers.
Warning: This story contains two scenes of Explicit Sexual Content between a human and a pony. There are also two mild pee watching scenes, separate from the clop scenes. You and Nurse Redheart are still deeply in love! A few weeks have passed since you cared for her, during her cold. Now, after a fire breaks out at work, you suffer a rather painful injury, while helping lead a few of your coworkers to safety.
You awake in Ponyville Heart, where Nurse Redheart insists on caring for you as you begin your recovery. The thought of nearly losing you leaves her feeling insecure, causing her to start spending even more time at the hospital, so she can stay by your side. This makes you glad you're staying in a room all to yourself. One that she can share with you.
How will things go as you are looking at spending a few weeks in the hospital? Only time will tell as you both are there for each other, during this difficult time.

Let me give this to you straight. I'm a doctor. My title says 'Nurse', but I'm a doctor. I deal with sick and injured ponies daily, and give both treatment and advice to them with trust and confidence. That includes a certain six friends and their own medical needs.
If the rest of Equestria actually knew that disaster was one missed pill away, I don't think 'riots in the streets' would be sufficient to cover it. But I'm bound by Doctor/Patient Confidentiality, so I guess I'm the thin red line between civilization, and eternal enslavement by some horror from beyond.
That eternal enslavement thing sounds better every day, mind you.

Nurse Redheart really deserves a nice romantic date for such a special occasion. Too bad things aren't quite as perfect as planned.

Jim Pike is a human stuck in a world that was clearly not suited for him. He has to adjust to the gravitational pull of this new planet, which is a bit lighter than what he’s accustomed to. Another problem is that he has no job, no money, and no housing of any kind. Which means somepony has to provide the guy with shelter until he can manage to live on his own.

Well, it’s not like looking after the human would interfere with Nurse Redheart’s personal life too much; she has been living by herself, after all.
It's Saturday night and Anon is all ready for his date. Well, as ready as a man who's invited a tiny pastel equine out for a meal can be anyways. Lets hope everything goes smoothly for the poor guy.

For better or worse, Show and Tell is an educational opportunity for fillies and colts. They find things that interest them or have a good story attached and present them to the class.
