With an evil super-villain looking to put pressure on Daring Do through a form of captivity with obscene erotic consequence on the pair, will the duo be able to withstand the onslaught?

When a young Rainbow Dash spotted a mysterious alicorn and unicorn from the future, history was changed. Events and lives both big and small have been irrevocably altered, for better and for worse.
This story is an anthology of side stories set in the Little Flashes series, which started with Little Glimpses. None of the material in this story is considered mandatory reading to enjoy the series itself and exists mostly to provide some additional context and detail on characters and events that are too small or too far removed to otherwise fit into the main series.
Devoid of memories and found in the Everfree Forest, little Raichu is nursed back to health by Twilight and her friends. Little do they know about the importance of her past and how far she’ll go to repay their kindness.
Confused, devoid of memories and lost in a world filled with mythical creatures, little Raichu faces ferocity of monsters. Taken for a creature from the Everfree Forest, she’s adopted by Twilight and her friends as they show her friendship and compassion, doing their best to help her restore her missing memories.
Determined to make friends and find purpose in her new home as she slowly regains her memories, Raichu gets attached to her new owners and is willing to repay their kindness, no matter the cost. Little does she know that a chance to repay them draws near.

After becoming wounded and lost deep within an unfamiliar part of the forest and with the wolves on her tail, she is rescued from certain death by the most unusual creature.

Her army was too powerful, and too bloodthirsty, to be left behind without a leader. When she finally turned the Elements of Harmony against her, she didn’t just banish Nightmare Moon. She banished thousands.
Now they’re in a race against time, to find a way to survive in an environment so alien that every aspect of it is trying to kill them. They face suffocation, freezing, boiling, starvation, radiation, meteorite impacts, low gravity… the list goes on.
Nightmare Moon thought she should be the ruler of all Equestria. Now, in a world nopony was ever meant to survive, her abilities will be put to the ultimate test.

After going to that stupid costume party, a teenager named Chris wakes to find himself in a magical world of anthropomorphic ponies. Well, this world seems real enough, and he is dressed as a terrifying, evil wizard, so why not have some fun? Well, after making the wrong impression, Chris, now wanted under the moniker "Malideus", is now running for his life from four vengeful princesses, The Elements of Harmony, a dragon, and every one else who wants a piece of "Malideus". With the whole world out to get him, and no actual powers to speak of, what can Chris do to save himself? Getting his hands on some actual magic would be a start, but using it might take some practice.
A human soldier finds himself in Equestria and must find his way home... wherever it may be.
This is what it means to be a man of war... This is the story of a human soldier named Miles Eremita and his exploits throughout Equestria.

Humanity's space exploration ultimately took the form of billions of identical probes, capable of building anything (including astronauts themselves) upon arrival at their destinations. One lands in Equestria. Things go downhill from there.
There are 100 billion stars in the Milky Way, and humanity is determined to explore every one. We send probes, probes with the blueprints to reproduce human explorers upon arrival. Uninhabited worlds the galaxy over can be colonized and populated, until after many years they too can join the vast throng of interstellar civilization. But if a probe is very, very lucky, it will land on a populated world instead. Equestria is one such world.
Even so, it's far from perfect for colonization, not with an environment lethal to human life. But each probe is resourceful and armed with the greatest machine intelligence mankind has devised. If placing a human mind into a newly manufactured human body won't work, it will just have to get a little more creative.

A meteor impacts the nation of Equestria, Planet Equis. Tranquility is quickly snuffed out when a poison begins to spread violently. The Princesses cannot combat this unknown threat, as no knowledge of it exists. Help comes from an unexpected source.
A Metroid Crossover
A meteor, resistant to magical manipulation, crashes in Equestria, Planet Equis, and soon spreads an unknown poison throughout the land. Containment is all but failing and the Princesses have little power to stop the spread of the Great Poison. The Elements of Harmony are of little use as no knowledge exists of this threat that consumes all life. Help comes from a certain Hunter, clad in metal.
Samus Aran will not only fight for her life as always, but her own sanity as well as these ponies that she begrudgingly starts seeing as allies. New horrors and abilities await her as a reason to fight slowly festers within her, possibly unlocking something she had been denied for so long: Friendship.
Notes and Resources:
This takes place after Echoes. The events of Corruption will have not happened yet. In terms of MLP, consider everything up to and including the Crystal Empire. Princess Twilight does not exist here, etc. The official Metroid Timeline can be found here.

After the events of A Canterlot Wedding, Shining Armor learns that the pony he's come to truly love – and whom he asked to marry him – was not the real Cadence at all, but instead the Queen of the Changelings. The real Cadence indeed still views him as only a friend.
Shining then heads to the Badlands to find the Queen to set some things straight...as well as to tie up some loose ends. Upon finding her, however, things do not go according to the Queen's expectations...

Earth used to have humans living on it. Now it has ponies, some of which used to be human. It will take ten thousand years for every human alive on earth to return. A lot can happen in that much time.
On May 23, 2015, the world ended. It wasn't violent, it wasn't bloody, and it wasn't even very dramatic. The entire population of the planet vanished. But they didn't stay gone; almost at once, refugees started trickling back. Unfortunately for them, they didn't come back with their humanity intact.
Demons lurk beneath the sea, while strange spirits whisper promises in dreams. Empires rise, dictators control, and ponies have nowhere to turn for help. Nowhere except themselves, and old-fashioned hard work.
This story is an anthology. Each chapter will be independent, though some chapters may reference characters or events from previous sections. This story began as a series of blog entries, so those who read those may have seen some of these before.
In general, each of these chapters was written in an hour and was not edited to my usual standard, so expect a few minor errors (sorry!). Chapters are posted in chronological order, so new chapters may appear in the middle of the story.
One final note: This story has no regular posting schedule. It will update whenever I feel like it.
Nurse Redheart helps a human adjust to living in a world far different from his own.
Jim Pike is a human stuck in a world that was clearly not suited for him. He has to adjust to the gravitational pull of this new planet, which is a bit lighter than what he’s accustomed to. Another problem is that he has no job, no money, and no housing of any kind. Which means somepony has to provide the guy with shelter until he can manage to live on his own.
