.........Um, hello, my name is Doctor Daniel Phillips, and I am the lead scientist overseeing the Gateway Project, one of the most cutting-edge technologies in existence today. With it, we can open wormholes to worlds far beyond the reach of conventional space travel, and even into other dimensions if we can work out the right frequency. As of late we have discovered over a dozen habitable worlds that have been slated for colonization, but as of yet no signs of intelligent life. Yet I hold out hope that one day we might find such a world, however remote, and put our best foot forward in opening relations with our new galactic neighbors. Yet not all of the planets we find are poppies and roses, so instead of sending in humans to explore them, we have these little babies.
Oh, right, you can't see me because this is an audio-only feed. My mistake. Well, I guess I'll just have to explain it to you. These cybernetic wolves, known in our group as the Mech Hounds, are outfitted with the most advanced computers in the world, along with some of the most cutting-edge robotics and weapons money can buy. Now right at the moment we only have a dozen of these little critters, but don't let that fool you. Each of these little babies carries enough firepower to level a small town, although it would take them a couple days to do so if they were working alone. They also have the programing to work out almost any situation in a matter of seconds, although they still have many of the logic problems that most computers face when confronted with something that does not fit within the established parameters of their programming. Yet, regardless of their possible shortcomings, they do the heavy lifting upon initial exploration where humans cannot, dealing with threats as they see fit in order to assess the habitability of a planet for human use. I could tell you more, but that would be breaking protocol.
So, without further ado, I'll turn you over to our logistics specialist, who will be happy to tell you all about how these little babies are going to change the world, or rather, worlds, that humanity has come to call home.................

This is a story that delves into the boundary between life and machine, where AI is something that has only been dreamed of, even with the most advanced computers available. Being retired was supposed to be a good thing. So why is Celestia so moody? She vents to Luna. Profanely.
Celestia isn't as pleased with retirement as she thought she'd be. Sure, the beach is great but it's no longer doing it for the former princess. She has a number of grievances to get off her chest and vents her frustrations in a profanity-laced tirade to Luna.
Rated Mature for strong language throughout and sexual references.

He has to adjust to his new life... And make a plan of how to bring metal to Equestria, even if it means waiting years through his second childhood. He will have to adjust to the new world, new culture, new society. His views will be tested, his opinions will be changed. One way or another, he will have to adapt to the new and strange world.
Nevertheless, metal will be brought to Equestria and for all the world to see!

Celestia thought she knew her sister like the back of her hoof. An incident with a changeling revealing spell was about to make her deeply question that belief.
Celestia thought she knew her sister. She was sure that nothing could surprise her anymore. She was certain that there was nothing more that Luna could possibly be hiding from her. One attempt to identify a changeling presence in the royal guard later, she was coming to terms with how reality had decided to prove her wrong.

A new venue is opened up in Equestria, former humans only.
Unknown to most inhabitants of Equestria, members of an alien people have come to live among them. Also unknown is that they're there involuntarily, in the dark as to why and how they're there, transformed into members of the native species.
What many ponies do know, the ones who live in Canterlot at least, is that there's a new venue open in Equestria, very exclusive, but not for the rich elite, nor the cultural avante garde. In fact, there seem to be no rhyme or reason to determining who is allowed and not allowed in on the premises, and despite many petitions to have the discriminating bouncer fired, things go on as usual in this strange new club.
When Twilight Sparkle's Ascension has an unanticipated side effect, the newest princess and her friends must help a second Twilight adjust to her new world...though the mind inside her has a secret that would surprise her new friends.
Twilight Sparkle finally achieved her destiny. She was now a Princess of Equestria, and needless to say her friends were surprised. When a second, unicorn Twilight Sparkle appeared alongside the new alicorn, even Princess Celestia was shocked. Now the Elements of Harmony must help the pony make friends and learn magic, as well as get used to her surprising un-Twilightness.
Meanwhile, a 17 year old high schooler with nothing to do during summer hits his head and wakes up in Equestria. He must now learn how to live his new life as Twilight Sparkle's "twin sister" and survive in a town where a catastrophe happens every Tuesday or so.
