A continuation of the universe established in "The Stars Revolt", and a reboot of "Hands", Andrew Shepherd is trying to live a normal life as the local Ponyville alien.
As punishment for what Twilight did to the three Wonderbolts in Show Stopper, Celestia has commanded her to explain what happened and do anything they ask in order to make it up to them. Hint: they want sex things!
Rainbow wants Twilight to magically disguise herself as Applejack, complete with accent, then use Celestia’s futa spell on herself. The real Applejack would never think of doing such a thing, but the disguised Twilight must do it. Soarin wants some more direct payback. He wants Twilight to pretend she’s frozen in time as he has his way with her. It will be a struggle for her to avoid reacting to the things he does. Spitfire wants a morale booster for her team. She’s not really into Twilight herself, but she knows that a lot of the Wonderbolts are. A few ropes and straps later, and she has everything she needs to give her whole flight team a much-deserved reward: a royal cum dumpster for them to use.
Twilight finds a time-stopping spell and ends up putting it to some very naughty uses ... but is she the only one who can stop time?

Two side notes: The main character comes from an Earth where MLP does not exist, so he is not a brony. That and this story is based around knowledge of seasons 1-2.

Long story short, I was a brony. I woke up one day to find myself in Spike's body. Dream come true, right? I'm in Equestria, I could interact with my favorite ponies, etc.
Well, as it turns out, I just happened to wake up right at the beginning of Season 1. Which could only mean one thing: I can change the future of Equestria. I could solve problems prematurely, prevent disasters from happening, and keep Twilight from going insane.

A couple of days have passed since Twilight Sparkle and Spike settled into Ponyville after the Nightmare Moon incident. However, Spike's noticed that she and her new friends, along with one or two others in town, have been behaving a little...oddly as well.
Not only that, but Celestia's summoned him back to Canterlot to inform him that he's now helping out her student in more ways than one...along with the rest of the Element Bearers.

Sunset Shimmer is smart, resourceful, and determined. No matter how many new lessons Sunset learns, she just isn't satisfied. Equestria is in danger, and Celestia refuses to give her the power it would take to help defend the kingdom.
Another pony might've given up and trusted her princess to handle things. Sunset Shimmer isn't like most ponies. If Celestia won't deal with looming threats, Sunset will take matters into her own hooves. She'll find allies for Equestria even if she has to leave the universe to do it.
A prequel set in the continuity of My Little Apprentice. This story is not required to understand that one, or vice-versa.
