A human in Spike's body will do whatever he can to change the future for the better.
Long story short, I was a brony. I woke up one day to find myself in Spike's body. Dream come true, right? I'm in Equestria, I could interact with my favorite ponies, etc.
Well, as it turns out, I just happened to wake up right at the beginning of Season 1. Which could only mean one thing: I can change the future of Equestria. I could solve problems prematurely, prevent disasters from happening, and keep Twilight from going insane.
So now, my mission isn't to hug my favorite ponies, but to make sure everyone gets a happy life.
A chat with Celestia has Spike learning he's now got more in his job description than just 'Twilight's Assistant'
A couple of days have passed since Twilight Sparkle and Spike settled into Ponyville after the Nightmare Moon incident. However, Spike's noticed that she and her new friends, along with one or two others in town, have been behaving a little...oddly as well.
Not only that, but Celestia's summoned him back to Canterlot to inform him that he's now helping out her student in more ways than one...along with the rest of the Element Bearers.
(uncropped version of the cover image has nudity, so can't link it. but it's one of silverfox057's on derpibooru)
Ever wonder how Spitfire got her name and what secrets she hides?
Spitfire has a secret she's told to nopony she knows, terrified of the prospect what they'll do when they figure it out. So what will she do when the rookie accidentally finds out?
Pain leads to hate, hate leads to drinking, drinking leads to waking up with somepony you would rather chew your own leg off to avoid waking. This is not that story, but it came awfully close.
This is a parody, laugh or laugh not. There is no cry.
Starlight Glimmer has gotten hold of a time-travel spell and the Friendship Journal, and she's gonna fix some drama, friendship lessons be hanged! So here's a first: not only is this technically incomplete, but I'm about to be reviewing (in no particular detail) something I wrote! Or had a hand in writing, at least. Holy shit, there's 54 authors in this. @_@ As the season 8 chapter was just uploaded, I feel the time has come to throw the spotlight on it, incomplete or no. What will you find in here? Hilarity. Not every installment is equally good, but this is a celebration of everything that makes Starlight Glimmer the overpowered psychopath we all know and love. The problem with fix-fics tends to be a lack of drama or conflict, but when your starting premise is "we're going to short-circuit all the drama, and it's gonna be funny", the field is ripe for shenanigans. There's lots of pizza, lots of shipping (and the thing I did in S8 where Starlight's getting old, which I don't think actually works, but whatever); this is a real good time and you could do far worse than pull up a few of its episodes now and then for some laughs. You never can know what someone will come up with to short-circuit an episode, after all! Trust me, I wrote the non-canon sequel. :V Recommended
Not every adventure is enough to make a novel. Those little bits that don't quite fit, those are the Starscribbles.
The following is my anthology collection of oneshots and other scraps that wouldn't merit their own release. Not all of it will be up to my usual editing standard, though some of it might be. Here are the contest entries, the oneshots I abandoned, or just didn't think warranted a cover and a proper release. I've always been more about long-form fiction, but the shorter stuff has to go somewhere.
Consider each chapter to be independent, and seeing something here is effectively a guarantee there won't be any more of that thing. Context for each section in their authors' notes.
A surely weak and helpless stallion is living on the edge of the Everfree. Twilight and co. attempt to rescue him and herd him under the safety of mares. Said stallion happens to like the sound of herding, but he'll not say it outright. (RGRE)
When Twilight hears about a stallion that lives all alone on the edge of the Everfree, she flips her shit. How could a poor, weak, helpless little stallion be living all the way out there with no mares to keep him safe or herd with him?!
Turns out this stallion isn't so weak. He's also never heard of the concept of herding before now, and he likes what he hears...
Not that he'll tell them that straight away, but he's definitely not running. He'd have to be certifiably insane to turn down that much pussy, after all, right?
Justin lives a dangerous life, having to have sex with different ponies in order to stay healthy, even if it hurts them. What happens when he meets a mare he doesn't think he can quit?
As far as near-anyone is concerned, Justin is a simple stallion. What they don't know, what they can't know, is that the once-human doesn't eat like other ponies. Gasps, moans, the bliss of another pony's orgasm... those are his sustenance, and he needs them to stay alive. It hurts his partner though, every time, and he can't stay with one pony for long. How much can a mare take before she falters?
And what happens when he meets a pony that he wishes to sleep with again and again?
Pretty self explanatory... Why are you even reading the description, it's literally right there in the title...
This is your typical, stereotypical HIE story exposing all the HIE stereotypes, but like, compressed and crammed into one short chapter, making the pacing extremely awkward and fast. Yeah that's pretty much it.
*Disclaimer, I don't hate HIE stories, I actually love them. Don't sue me. Also, I'm so sorry for this.*
A millennium has passed and the shackles of the imprisoned are removed, allowing them to return to the changed world they once roamed. Now, those who dare jail them are left at their mercy.
A thousand years ago, when the world fought for survival from the onslaught of the creatures of the night, a follower rose up and laid waste to the enemies of the night, proving herself to be an enemy of Equestria. The Queen of the Eternal Night chose this warrior to lead her armies, all at a cost. The warrior would be granted passage home.
Yet, when the sun mounted the victory of the light over the ethereal queen's head, the warrior was not found at the defense of her mistress, for the warrior spoke tell of how the queen had neither the means, nor the intentions, to pay her. The warrior raised her arms against the one she had once called leader and was struck down by the champion of the light, the sun, damning her to an imprisonment lasting a millennium of the world's time. So it has come to pass, the millennium gone, and the warrior's shackles loosen and fall to the ground, freeing the traitor warrior as her once-queen escaped her prison, and the night was intended to last.

The festival of life is an ancient tradition in Equestria where the gender ratio problem is 'fixed' by having a stallion offer his services to stud for any mare who wants it, this year, Twilight Sparkle has volunteered.
During a conversation with Cheerilee, Twilight Sparkle is convinced to stud for the festival of life. Unfortunately for her, word gets out and hundreds of mares flock to the small town of Ponyville for the chance of having a royal stud.
Twilight must now please those droves of mares in only ten days and to make matters worse, she is a virgin and the ways of love are a mystery to the bookish mare.
Anthro warning! Kink Warnings. virginity taking, impregnation, like a whole lot of impregnation, crossbreeds, a cheeky Celestia, plot, lesbianism, foreplay, futa on female, female on female, and probably more that I cant think of. This story was veiwable for almost a week and a half on my patreon before being veiwable here! So if you want to see stories earlier then anyone else as well see a bunch of other stuff that fimfiction wont see for a little while then head on over there and see it for just 3 bucks a month! Sunset Shimmer, practitioner of friendship, twice savior of Canterlot High, alicorn. She's offered to help Twilight's new student as the whole group travels to the Crystal Empire for a Crystalling. Should be a relaxing, stress free trip. Right?
Sunset Shimmer, twice savior of Canterlot High who earned her wings by using the combined magic of the Earth elements of harmony to save the world from Twilight Sparkle (you know... the one with the glasses). She's offered to help Twilight's (you know.. the alicorn Princess of Friendship) new student learn about friendship while the whole crew embarks on a trip to the Crystal Empire. This should be a fairly relaxing and stress free trip. Right? RIGHT?!
It should go without saying, but MAJOR spoilers to the season 6 premier.
There wasn't a better private investigator in Chicago, not before Dakota's near-fatal car accident. But thanks to a new class of medical implant she's been brought back, to investigate one of the oldest mysteries of earth and Equestria alike.
Equestria was just a game, one of an endless number of semi-illicit online games created to take advantage of the ubiquity of cheap augmented reality hardware. But that changed, when for no reason anyone knows, the virtual population of Equestria woke up.
Two decades have gone by since then, and the world has been transformed. The former game network has grown to encompass the backbone of trade, infrastructure, and research the western world over. Its vast computational resources have given rise to an infinitely subdivided world of overlays and sublayers, coterminous with the various cities and towns within Equestria. Every person in the modern world is assigned a Synth, a pony personal assistant that adapts to their needs and helps them access those parts of the world governed by Equestria's systems.
It is a world Dakota barely remembers, thanks to an automobile accident that turned most of her body to mush. But thanks to the medical miracles created by joint equestrian-human research, her life is saved by a remarkably new series of implants.
But Dakota isn't content to sit around while her body slowly knits itself together. There are unanswered questions to answer, questions that will ultimately lead her to the oldest mystery of both worlds.
