Twilight thought it was all so real-- the crisp morning air, the warmth of the rising sun, the ponies that went about their day-- it all seemed real to her. Yet, with the breaking of a single connection, everything comes crashing down, leaving a very confused girl wearing a VR headset.
Twilight has devised a new, low-energy cost spell that could replace teleportation: swapping! But she can only swap with other alicorns... hopefully that won't cause any complications or mishaps... what's the worst that could happen?
Twilight has devised a brand new spell which uses far less thaumic energy than her teleports - swapping!
By utilizing Alicorns as singularity points in the thaumic field, she can quickly and easily swap herself with any of the other princesses at a negligible energy cost! In only a mere instant, Twilight and another alicorn swap places... a fantastic way to quickly travel to Canterlot in an emergency. She immediately plans to test her spell with Celestia, swapping herself with the regent.
What she doesn't realize is that the spell seeks out the nearest alicorn to the caster...
And it just so happens that Cadence and Shining Armor are passing by Ponyville on a zeppelin cruise.

It's not unusual for a pony's name to become associated with an activity: the very nature of Equestrian appellations just about guarantees that anypony who's truly famous for their deeds might wind up in the history books and dictionary. So in that sense, Twilight probably should have expected Ponyville's population to start using the Bearers' names as shorthoof descriptions.
She just wasn't expecting anypony to be using them to describe sex. She'd also really like them to stop. And she's just a little curious about which sexual acts are involved...

Nick has lived with the royal sisters since he appeared in Equestria with no way home three years ago.
