Ever since she traveled to the human world, Twilight grew fascinated with humanity and their ability to accomplish technological advances despite having no magic. After studying modern technology for a while, she asks her counterpart and Sunset Shimmer to conduct an experiment with her. They would bring technology to Equestria, get it to work, and share it among their friends.

The rules?
Oh, from now on, every time I fall asleep in the human world, I get transported to Equestria, into a new body. I can stay as long as I don't give up, even until I die apparently! If I do, I get sent back to our world. Discord, being so bored in his statue, will influence my fate while I'm in Equestria. The game will only last ten rounds, at most.
Seth Conway joins the military after a call for volunteers to train with their pony allies. Seeking direction, this could just give him what he seeks. Meeting a gorgeous, reticent mare named Schneeblume is the best part of his new adventure.
Seth Conway, in a bout of spontaneity that he hoped would give him that very direction he craved, took up the military’s offer to send volunteer recruits across The Portal to train and serve with their equine counterparts in a show of camaraderie. The promise of adventure and purpose greater than himself—directly benefiting the human and equine races—was hard to pass up.
The whole justification for this, in his mind, was “Why not? What’s the worst that could happen?”
But maybe in meeting a beautiful, shy, lavender-eyed mare named Schneeblume with her own… decorated past will have him asking the question: “What’s the best that could happen?" And In the end, perhaps both of them may find something they've been looking for.

Emphasis on "worked." We were probing yet another long-abandoned underground city when my employer finally found the fabled Sphere of Meganacus...only to find it wasn't exactly friendly to humans. Now my boss, my best friend, and my worst enemy are all tiny sentient horses. Yes, I really just said that.
Did I mention they're a lot younger, now, too? God, I need a drink. I hate babysitting operations.

MicroFluttershy just wants to take care of Anon, the giant human she lives with but unfortunately everything in the house is so big and it makes doing just that difficult.

Well, that time is over. A new villain has come to tame the mythical land of magical horses. Or, well, he's there at least. Equestria has a way of taming itself.
There's a new pony in Ponyville but they just can't figure him out. He answers questions but that only crops up more questions.
A new pony has arrived in Ponyville on the day of Summer Sun Celebration. Who is he? He's nice but when the residents of the town learn more about him, even more unanswered questions seem to pop up. Can anypony figure out this mystery? Probably when they actually ask the right question. Are they going to? No Will he interfere with events? We'll see.
This is just an idea I had and wrote by hand (later edited onto a computer) in a matter of a few hours. I have no delusions that this is a perfect story. Just some fun I had when writing out ideas. For the most part it will focus on different ponies crossing paths with him as the series goes on and not directly follow him. This IS technically a Human in Equestria story but by no means is he ordinary, both in body and mind as you will notice in the first chapter. He WILL be unrealistic, so please no comments about him not reacting to the situation like a normal person. As for the back story of the character, I had originally included it but at second glance, I felt it would be better for both people inside and outside of the story to figure it out. Peter was a responsible college student, and what better reward for his efforts than a one way ticket to Equestria? Wait what? Now he has to get used to the land of happy go lucky ponies. He, now she, first has to get her new hooves under her first.
Peter Westmoore, 19 years old. Friends describe him as hard working, but a stick in the mud. Peter never enjoyed the party scene, not when he could be honing his skills as an animator, nor did he have a taste for alcohol. And what does all that responsibility get him? A quick night terror and being dragged to Equestria. Now he, or rather "she" has to find a way back to his/her world. But the six colors adorning his new equine shape simply keep getting in the way. How will a now stressed college student adapt to the happy go lucky world of ponies, and as a filly no less?

Hi, no the story isn't dead, I'm just on the loosest schedule I can manage and still call it a schedule.
Like I've said in previous comments, this stories muse is out for a match of tennis, so it's grinding by very slowly.
On top of that, the most recent chapters don't flow very well with the rest of the story, so here's what I'm thinking;
I'm going to put 'er on hiatus, and go back, do a bit of touch up work on the chapters, bring the whole story in for an overhaul, then continue once it's all cleaned up.
If that doesn't work out, then I'll just have to buckle down and force out the next few chapters, but I think we all know how well that would turn out.

After months of bearing her crush, Nora finally works up enough courage to ask Celestia out on a date. To everyone's surprise—Nora's included—Celestia agrees.
Celestia has a secret. One that nopony save for Luna knows. A secret that might change how Nora feels about the Solar Princess.
After all, in Equestria, 'Princess' is just a title.

Well here I am…in the land where friendship is supposedly magic as an alicorn no less, staying with the two pegasi sisters while trying to make sense of my situation and keeping my whole alicorn appearance a secret…especially from the OTHER two alicorn’s. God knows what happens when these ponies find out what I really am...Both now and what i used to be.
Hopefully, one day…all of this will make sense and let’s just hope I don’t cause too much chaos while trying to find answers and trying to find a way back home.

After waking up from a near Fatal magical accident, Nava has developed a new found fear for magic in general. Will he fall to his fears or finally learn and conquer his new Alicorn powers? All under the watchful eyes of the Thestral captain.
After having just escaped death from a near fatal magical accident that he nearly paid with his life, Nava must now make a choice either fear magic forever, or finally man up for once and face all of his problems head on. Including his bad acrophobia and the fact that the Princesses now know of his existence as well.
Not only that, but a certain group of thestrals will also be keeping a direct eye on him too. Specifically a certain captain with anger issues and a complicated past which may or may not explain her reasons for her questionable methods and sometimes open hostility.
Will Nava break from his problems with the help of those closest to him in this new world? Or will he finally break down and let his fears get the better of him.
Also what is going to happen to both Flitter and Cloudchaser? The two mares who invited this strange new Alicorn into their lives. Will they find out that he is not from Equestria at all?
Who knows? Only the future itself can answer these questions.

Lyra Heartstrings wasn't always a unicorn. In fact, that isn't even her real name. She wasn't even born in Equestria. But it's her job to defend it from various threats nonetheless, alongside her begrudging partner, Bonbon.
They finally revealed themselves in the mid 21st century. After hundreds of years of clandestine observation and experimentation, they admitted defeat in their quest to prevent the genetic death of their race. Thus, they gave us their knowledge and technology in the hopes we could avoid their fate. But the gifts came with a responsibility: we had to assume their role in overseeing and protecting the various worlds they had taken under their wing, or in some cases, had outright created as experiments. Amongst these is, of course, Equis, the one experiment world with a full ecosystem complete with non-human sapient natives, and we can't exactly wear a body suit and expect to fit in.
