But what Bronies had wished for wasn't exactly what they found. Now the real ponies are visiting earth, and he has one living with him. How will the straight laced normal guy learn to deal with a hyperactive pink pony, and how will she learn to live in a world without magic?

Every show has a Christmas special, and Room for Rent is no exception!
Pinkie Pie has fully embraced the Earth Holiday, much to the annoyance of her roommate, Louis. Why does he hate Christmas so much, and how can Pinkie pull off one of those miracles she keeps hearing about to change his heart?
Yet another overly long chapter that I decided merited it's own side story. Previously part of the main story.
Roseluck decides to try and befriend Equestria's only human.
Months have passed since Clyde, the first known human to pop into Equestria, appeared in Ponyville. The ponies had been reluctant to accept the strange creature at first, but had grown used to his presence as time flew by. Not that he cared. All he wanted was to get back home.
So when Princess Twilight told him that her research into the anomaly had come up empty, he was lost. Doomed to be trapped in a land of colorful equine creatures for the rest of his life.
Fortunately for him, a local flower pony decides to make it her mission to befriend him, and show him that maybe he'll actually like it in Equestria.
Shining and Cadance offer Spike an interesting job
Shining loves his wife more than anything, and would do anything to keep her happy. However, as one half of the Crystal Empire's ruling couple, his duties sometimes involve him being gone from home for extended periods; checking outposts, ensuring that troops are in top form, and various other tasks.
However, as Princess of Love, Cadance has certain...needs. Needs that Shining has trouble seeing to when he has to be away.
To rectify this, the pair enlist the aid of a certain dragon.
Shortly after Discord is resealed Fluttershy and her friends are invited by Celestia to recount their experiences. An oddity in Fluttershy's account might just get Celestia's attention.
During the first conflict with Discord after his 1,000 year imprisonment, each of the ponies who wield the Elements of Harmony were forced to match wits with the Master of Chaos. All of them found that they were sorely out of their depth.
Except, perhaps, for one.
After Discord is imprisoned, Celestia takes each of the ponies aside to hear their stories. Fluttershy is the last one called and is a little nervous about the meeting. With a little encouragement from a friend, she is able to join the Princess for a cup of tea and describe her encounter with Discord. It might prove to be a rather fateful discussion.

Sunset Shimmer fled from Equestria in search of the destiny that Celestia sought to deny to her. She dreamed of finding great glory and power in a strange new world. But she emerged on the other side of the mirror in a harsh cruel world beset by demons and troubled by division, conflict and racial animus: the world of Remnant.
Now, years later, Sunset has completed her studies at Canterlot Combat School and is ready to attend Beacon Academy. She hopes that in the more progressive Kingdom of Vale her appearance as a pony faunus will not be held against her the way it was in Atlas, and she can rise as high as her talents permit and seize with both hands the destiny she still yearns for.
Sunset finds herself assigned to lead three fellow freshman at the Huntsman Academy: Jaune Arc, who dreams of becoming a hero elevated above all others; Pyrrha Nikos, a peerless warrior who has everything that Sunset wants and hates everything about it; and Ruby Rose, a simpler and more honest soul who simply wants to save as many people as she can, and who might just light the way to their salvation.
Together they are Team SAPR, and together they are plunged into a world of mysteries, magic, allies and enemies, robot girls and Atlasian black ops experiments. It won't be easy, but if they can work together, teach Jaune how to fight and maybe learn to get along as friends along the way, then they might just save the world.
Saturday was a day to unwind, a day to sleep late, to eat brunch instead of breakfast, go out to the lake, or to invite friends over for a barbeque. Unless the lawnmower was broken and Ms. Bundermann is on the prowl.
Having a unicorn friend doesn’t help fix the lawnmower, but friends of friends can make short work of the lawn. It’s technically not a barbeque if the grill isn’t on, but with a whole herd of ponies nomming the grass and musicals on the boombox, with a selection of drinks to suit everypony’s taste, it’s close enough.
The local human ends up in jail, breaks out, takes someone else with him.
The local human, finding himself possessed of strength beyond measure in this strange world, decides to be a brutish nuisance. You know, running around half-naked, stealing cider and that sort of thing.
When his behaviour lands him in jail he casually breaks out and - more on a whim than anything else - breaks out the other jailbird too. Because that's mischief, and she had to have done something wrong, right?
They then run from Twilight, sit around a fire and sleep in a cave.

The moments of our lives are fickle things. We never really know what moments we'll remember years down the road, and we surely have no idea how significant some moments can be until they're already long past.
For three former villains, a great number of moments occurred between their fateful meeting with the former Princesses of Equestria and their ultimate revenge on two callous ponies from Manehatten. Some moments were tiny, still others enormous, but there was one thing they all had in common; for this odd little family, they meant the world.
Step back and peer through the window at these moments, these scenes, in the lives of three creatures who united to destroy, but were bonded together forever by love.

When all is said and done however, Twilight might learn some things about dragon anatomy and reproduction that she never learned in any of her books...and record it. I am aware there is not a very creative nor original setting for this story, but I kinda just wanted to write it regardless and didn't want to spend ages setting up for the action, as the show has done that well enough for me already.
TLDR: I regret nothing - yay SpiLight!
As a general warning, this story is kinda fetishistic, as are most of my stories. Ponyville school decide to make a program to bring in a dragoness (Emerald) a female Changeling (Yarrow) and a Griffon (Gabby) it's to see if ponies and other creatures can learn and live together. It turns out to be a little bit difficult, when fillies and colts alike are unable to trust Emerald and Yarrow.
With Scootaloo being caught in the middle, having the dragoness, Changeling and Griffon living under her roof, while the orange filly started making an accidental harem in the process. Well... Oops.
Rainbow Dash is curious about Scootaloo's family, so she asks to meet them, she gets a little bit of a surprise.
Everypony has always wondered who Scootaloo's family is including Rainbow Dash, so when she asks to meet them she is taken to meet her guardians at her home. What will happen and who is Scootaloo's family?

There's a problem though, you have one promise left to fulfill before you can stop worrying about breaking another. During your "sentence", Scootaloo lent you a hoof with a few things. Being immensely grateful, you promised her one favor. How can a favor to a little filly be so bad? You told her that the favor could be anything her little heart desires of you. Anything.
What will her favor be? You can only hope it won't be anything serious.
