You know what sucks? Finding out there's been a portal back to the Human world that's existed for a long time. You know what's worse? When that portal doesn't quite work the way you want it to.

Windell had faced insanity before, and won. But at a price. Thinking himself once more in a delusion, Windell tries to survive as the line between what is and isn't real is blurred. And why does it feel as if he is being watched?
Your Universe is large, too large for words. And you may believe that it is stable, moving across time and space unmolested. But all universes are simply balls in a giant game of billiards, forever intertwining in the Void, across Infinity. This is known as the Multiverse, or Yggdrasil, the Tree of Existence. Its gardener is the Entity, a being that thinks its task is to make sure the branches and roots of Yggdrasil do not intermingle. But every now and then, the curious consciousness finds an oddity. This oddity is a lost soul who seeks nothing more than to distance himself, firmly believing in his own insanity. But somehow, his actions affect the lives of many, and even Equestria itself. This is the story of Windell's journey and the adventures taken by those that have noticed the incursions.

Dark times lay ahead for the ponies of Equestria. A dark force comes to take their lands and their magic, to leave them all but helpless. Subjugated to life under a tyrant, their only salvation will come in the form of a champion, a champion who wrestles bears for fun. Zangief, the Red Cyclone, is their only hope.
Unfortunately for them, he's playing for the wrong team.
Zangief will be based on all of his best traits with as much personality as I could find from within his quotes. Don't take this story too seriously, it's done for fun. All my information came from the games and comics. LARIAT.
|Self-Insert Fic| I thought being an Alicorn prince would be awesome, because, you know, magic and imortality and knowing souls do exist is kind of awesome, right? Eh, not so much when your new mother is a crazed wannabe goddess.
So, I was living a fairly normal life, going to school, reading fanfics, marvelling at the magnificence of the internet and humanity at large, you know, a totally normal person. Then, suddenly, I wasn't. No biggie, because every brony's dream came true for me: I was reborn as a pony, an Alicorn even! That sounds great, right? Ah, aha, um, nope! Not when I'm the "son" of God-Empress Celestia of the Holy Empire of Equestria, who would make even the Imperium of 40k balk at her xenophobia and egomania. Well, I've got magic, that has to count for something, right?

When captured by the enemy, can one soldier remain loyal to his country?
Captured by your enemy. It's something that no soldier wants to think about, much less experience. Unfortunately for one U.S. soldier fighting in Equestria, that's exactly what happens. At the mercy of the ponies, he will have to resist their attempts to extract information from him, and hope that he'll see freedom again. (Language warning for those who care.)
Many thanks to my prereader, Cosmic Cowboy, for letting me bounce ideas off him, and not letting me upload garbage. Cover art by the awesome (and patient) Erindor. Appeared in the feature box for a brief time on 10/11/2015. I have no words...
After another successful show, Trixie makes her way to her apartment during an unscheduled storm in Manehattan. It was during this freak storm that a lighted theater appears with the name of "Houdini" on the sides of the theater.
"Magic is the sole science not accepted by scientists because they can't understand it." -Ehrich Weiss (aka, Harry Houdini).
One night in the city of Manehattan, the magician known as "The Great and Powerful Trixie" has moved on with her new life in her newly successful magic show. It was during this night that a certain Spirit of Chaos was spotted by the Stage Director, but he left mysteriously as he'd appeared.
After the show has been set up for the next night, Trixie walks to her apartment during an unscheduled storm which, passing an empty lot in the city's neighborhoods, lightning struck that spot where a new theater appeared. Holding posters and a sign in lights with a very odd name.
"The Great Harry Houdini: Master of Mystery."
A huge thank you to His Highness, PrinceCelestia for the wonderful cover art. And an equally huge thank you to Shadeol for taking the time to edit this fully.
Princess Celestia successfully steals the enemy intelligence. Unfortunetely for her, this does not bode well with the shocked and confused members of BLU team.
Many might claim that opening portals into dimensions that don't even technically exist is a waste of good time and energy. Princess Celestia, however, does not.
On a day seemingly designed to produce boredom, Princess Celestia decides the most effective method of alleviating such a pretentious feeling is to involve herself in a rather humorous conflict by successfully acquiring the "enemy intelligence".
She correctly assumes that the beings from whom she stole it from are not pleased. However, she never could have foreseen the incredible lengths they undergo to retain their dignity.
What's a man to do when he's dropped into a literal wonderland? Try not to ruin it, that's what.
In the not-so-distant future, things don't pan out as everyone would hope. It would be much more accurate to say it all went wrong. Where did it happen, you ask? Where did the dream fall apart? Who knows. All we know today is that it happened, and that it's very real.
Rarely does life give a second chance. Rarely does it offer a favored deal, even to those that deserve it. That must make you awful rare, then.
Thrust into a world oddly familiar, yet so peculiar after a self-imposed mission gone awry, you find yourself staring down what could be a disguised wonderland. But one question plagues your mind.
What's the catch?
A second person story with you as Anonymous, with looks inside other characters as well. Set in the Reverse Gender Role Equestria universe. Tags added as story progresses
There is a secret held in the dungeons below Canterlot, deeper than the crystal caverns into the roots of the mountain. This secret is a creature imprisoned by the Princesses. It is a source of great knowledge, but may ultimately be a great enemy.
It has been one of the closest guarded secrets of Canterlot's royalty. Deep in a specially constructed dungeon, surrounded by warding spells and powerful magic barriers, exists an enigma. Within a cage that could only be described as something out of a nightmare, it waits and watches all of Equestria. A creature that cannot age, is immune to disease, does not thirst nor hunger, and resists all injury. But, it also holds secrets and knowledge that could safeguard the kingdom. Its powers are frightening, but it is civil enough for debate when patience permits.
Princess Celestia has sought counsel with the creature before, enduring it making deal after deal for its services. The Princess walks a fine line when dealing with it, knowing full well anything could give it an advantage despite its imprisonment. She has had to go back on her word in these dealings, and from this a deep animosity between them has been born. It is a necessary evil as she is convinced this is a being capable of untold evil far and above anything Equestria has ever dreamed of. So long as it remains within the confines of its cell, her kingdom is made safe. So much magic has been woven to ensure that, there is little chance of escape.
So long as the magic holds, there is no danger. So long as the cage remains strong, the nameless creature stays enthralled in his cavernous dwelling. If that were to change--if the magic failed--not even the wisest could say. But one thing is assured, it does not bode well for Equestria.
Alright, I won't complain. I got what I wanted. I did visit Equestria. Being stranded here was not on my list though. And with the things running around, how I'm running around... I'm really not feeling good about this.
I've got mistakes to fix, dreams to live and so little sanity to spare... Eh, I'll manage.
Life is easy. The fewer of things to bother you, the simplier life will be. Just find anything to pass the time. But that's easier said than done, especially when my latest time waster turned out to be the craziest experience I'll ever have
I've never been one to face my problems head on. I've always thought it was much easier to let something run its course instead of dealing with it every step of the way. Why stress yourself over something when you can relax instead? All you need to do is find the little things to pass the time, and soon enough, you'll find whatever was bothering you is gone. Simple enough, right? It's always worked for me.
So what do you do when the thing you're waiting for to be over is your life?
Right before the Elements struck, the Nightmare unleashed a spell out of desperation. A substitution spell. Otherwise known as the correct use of Kawarimi.
As the elements were unleashed, the Nightmare knew it was over. But it would not let it's fun end. No, it would not be left behind. It would find another world to bring to ruin. As for the poor sap that was left in It's place? He was going to get blasted, what did it matter what he ended up getting from It?

Professing your feelings is a moment of fragility. The way your crush responds is the difference between pure joy, mild disappointment, or soul crushing pain. These stories emphasize the latter of those three.

A Private Military Contractor unknowingly agrees to a job offer that takes him to Equestria
My name is James Clark, and I am a Private Military Contractor. No, not Mercenary. Yes, there is a difference, but that's beside the point.
Ok, where was I? Ah yes, I was just entering my office in Downtown Houston one afternoon to hear a job offer. When I got there, I found a beautiful, robe-wearing woman waiting for me. Now, in this day and age, most people would find that strange. I didn't for two reasons.
1) In this line of work, you run into a few crazies. If I had a dollar for every nut-job I turned away, I could buy a small European country.
2) It was Halloween. Hell, I was on my way to a party dressed in a replica suit of Veteran Ranger Armor from Fallout: New Vegas, complete with gas mask and real riot gear I borrowed from a friend on the SWAT team. I was gonna win the costume contest for sure!
I'm getting off topic, aren't I? Anyways, this weirdo offered me a job without going into much detail. No location, no objective, not even a dollar amount The only thing I got out of her was the promise that I would be saving thousands, if not millions of lives.
Every instinct told me to turn the job down, and yet I still accepted it. Maybe the idea of playing hero again had its appeal.
God, I had no idea what I was getting myself into.
Twilight Sparkle listens to your retelling of human history in the 1930s and 40s and comes to a startling conclusion.
Staying in Twilight's Castle, you make the terrible error of flippantly calling her 'Hitler'. She demands a history lesson (for archiving purposes, of course) and you give her one that ends up being far more frustrating than you had anticipated.
A Changeling awakes in the Everfree Forest; a Changeling who used to be a human.
Beyond Earth and beyond the Universe within which Earth exists there is a place full of love; the richest mine of love that can be found, as it is seen by those capable of utilizing it...
Within that place, specifically a part of it called the Everfree Forest, awakes one such creature: a Changeling; specifically, a Changeling who had been a human on Earth the day before. How will he survive in a body that literally needs love for nourishment, while in a world that is now wise to the Changelings' tricks and has branded them evil? Better question: Will he be able to change more than his physical appearance?
These questions are not the only thing that will plague him, for the hows and whys of his arrival and transformation are in a hurry to reveal themselves, and Equestria's heart will stop as it waits for its fate to be decided.
Now with a side story (with more to come) from other characters' POV! POV: MANE SIX
A human escaping from a nuclear holocaust brings change to all of Equestria and a certain librarian.
A group of humans attempt to escape a global nuclear war through the use of time travel. However, something goes wrong with Sam Mitchell's pod, flinging him far into the future, into a time where humans no longer exist and a race of sentient ponies now thrive as the dominant life form. He eventually comes to the attention of a certain purple unicorn, who aims to learn all she can of Sam and his civilization as well as help him adjust to his new life.
Can Sam handle living as the only human? Can Equestria, and Twilight in particular, handle the changes this alien brings?
