Sugar Crush has been working at the Crystal Empire's bakery ever since she had the chance to arrive at the ancient kingdom. Thanks to the crystal ponies and their accepting nature, the thestral found it very easy on fitting in. To compensate for their kindness, Sugar Crush made an active effort to give every customer she had a hug. And with every hug she gave a customer, a free small item came their way.
But one bright afternoon made everything she did change. One customer named Mineral Water refused her hug and free item, prompting Sugar to make the endeavor on giving the resistant crystal pony a simple sign of affection. Little did Sugar know her pursuit would lead into a much bigger picture than she realized.

I'd heard about the TV show My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic from my college roommate who is way too into the show. Disturbingly so, actually, but good gravy I would never watch the darned thing! What am I, five? I've got better things to do with my time than watch a silly little girl's show. Twilight Sparkle, after having purloined a number of books from the forbidden section of the Royal Canterlot library, has stumbled across something rather curious. A spell, buried deep within some long forgotten text, written by Star Swirl the Bearded, has given her a moment for pause. It's not like it's complicated, or even in some lost language, but she just can't figure out what it's supposed to do. Seeing as how classes at the School of Friendship are done for the day, she decides, rather unwisely, to test it on herself.

Twilight Sparkle gathers her friends after receiving a rather distressing letter from her mentor, Princess Celestia. She's not happy about the contents, at all.
It seems her friends all went on some magical adventure without her. And now they're all in a lot of trouble.
A human and his pet horse are transported to Equestria.
It is a fact that horses have served mankind for thousands of years, in times of war and in times of peace. Your horse – a chestnut mare named Zayna – helps you to earn your primary source of income, in the form of a riding school.
But then, a freak occurrence dumps you both in a strange new land populated by talking ponies. At first, they are a bit hostile due to a misunderstanding — but that's nothing when you realise it's not just ponies who can talk here.
Anon's been working as a janitor at the Friendship School for a little while and, all in all, it's a pretty sweet gig. All of the students seem to like him, except for a timid, little changeling...
After winding up in Equestria, Twilight gives Anon a job at the Friendship school. Sure, it might be as a custodian, but it's a great way for the man to acquaint himself with the various creatures of the world. Of all the students at the place, one really piques his interest; a little changeling named Ocellus. Although, sadly, the demure tiny bug-horse doesn't seem too fond of him. Most of the time, she'll sneak by without even saying hello. If there was only some way Anon could figure out why she keeps trying to avoid him...
