Tonight was supposed to be a good night for plucky Nightguard Mothchaser. She'd finally screwed up the courage to, secretly, at night, slip a letter under the door of her crush. Sadly, as often occurs around Mothchaser, things do not go as planned.
For some time now the Bat Pony Nightguard Mothchaser has nursed an infatuation on one Idol Hooves. A sterling example of all Unicorn Stallions (as far as Mothchaser was concerned) and prominent member of the Royal Guard. Tonight she would finally take the bold move from secretly watching him from afar to secretly slipping messages to him at night.
However, as she begins her nightly delivery, Mothchaser stumbles upon a secret that is going to make her wish that she had never gone out after dark in the first place.
Set in vdrake77's "Changeling of the Guard" story, this is a short and completely non-canon snippet starring poor Mothchaser.
Equestria's only human decides to invite his two musically-inclined neighbors over to watch a movie. The popcorn's ready, the TV's warmed up, and he's picked a classic. Surely this 'movie and chill' won't spiral into something debauched, right?
Martin has been living in Equestria for over a year now. He's gotten to know the residents of Ponyville pretty well during that time, particularly his neighbors: the musically gifted Vinyl Scratch and Octavia Melody.
As a fun new activity, Martin decides to invite his neighbors over for a movie night. What better way was there to share cool parts of human culture while chilling out with his equine friends? Since he knows that Octavia is so 'into' classical music, he decides to put on the classic film Amadeus.
Little does he know that the resulting boredom the film will inspire in Vinyl (who's more into electronic music), and the resulting heavy excitement of Octavia will have wild effects that will push all the boundaries of human-pony friendship into new, wet, territory.
This story is a submission to the writing group Movie Night which is a collaborative effort that looks to engage as many people, be they writers or not, to try their hand at writing about their favorite ponies and movies! Go give it a look and add your story to the club!
Moving is hard, especially when it's to another country, and it becomes doubly difficult when you move there unexpectedly and against your will.
Nobody really likes to move, you leave friends and loved ones behind, familiar surroundings and move to someplace that is different from what you are used to. You have to learn the ropes all over again, make new friends and find your way around, not an easy or fun thing to do.
But what makes a move like that worse, is when it happens and you sleep through the whole thing, doubly so when you didn't plan said move.

Not realising that the singing had stopped, David continues to play and can't avoid the meeting of his life.
Once again, The Great and Powerful Trixie's antics gets Starlight Glimmer into a less than favorable mood. In a genuine attempt to apologize, Trixie discovers some feelings that could do much more damage than her actions ever could.

Trixie has been best friends with Starlight Glimmer for months now, and the bond between them has never been stronger. But, after a bull-headed mistake and lack of critical thinking, Trixie manages to leave Starlight Glimmer angry and disappointed. Again.
Over the course of a single day, Trixie takes the steps to make things right between the two of them and, in doing so, instantly discovers some feelings inside of her that she never thought possible. Her best friend was kind, sweet, and yes, very hot. And now she was in love with her.
Fredrick falls into Equestria and he is allowed to stay in the castle for his troubles. There, he meets and quickly befriends Princess Luna, and their quickly evolving relationship allows them to explore the 'benefits' of being close, best friends.
By the mysterious workings of the universe and a spell gone wrong, Fredrick lands in the throne room... hard enough to knock him out. After a week in the castle medical wing to treat his wounds, he learns he will have to get used to these anthropomorphic ponies as well as cope with the fact that he will never be able to return to Earth. Being able to stay in the castle indefinitely for his troubles, Fred is able to finally, formally meet Princess Luna in a very personable setting. The two, more alike than they ever anticipated, quickly befriend each other and cherish each other's company.
Of course, as Luna's only (and naturally, best) male friend, and as Fred's best female friend, the two fall into a realm of new possibilities as they become closer with the passage of time... many benefits of knowing each other so well and being unmistakably attracted to each other, as well as the potential awkwardness and fallout of their choices given natural and political barriers in place.
Observe this tale of evolution of friendship directly and through flashbacks, piecing together an entire story of just what it means to grow to love your best friend... along with some other bullshit that doesn't actually happen to anyone.

So I was asked to sort a few things for my nephews, including some boxes with questionable labels. Thinking nothing of it, I slid some of the empty ones into the living room. Tifa crawled into one of the boxes, and it quickly escalated from there.
