Suddenly, I'm Twilight Sparkle and I don't want to be here.
I used to be a human, but then I pissed off a wizard. Now I'm stuck in "Ponyville", in a land called "Equestria", and with no apparent way back home. I'm also pretty sure that I've just replaced somepony. I'd rather not have to answer any tricky questions, so I'm better off trying to be this unicorn whose name has been forced onto me.
My name is Twilight Sparkle, and I'm not a pony.

Fluttershy doesn't know what to think of Discord anymore. She wishes she could understand him. Little does she know that, with the help of a mysterious stranger, that wish is about to come true...
Set directly after the Tirek incident, Fluttershy and Discord are suffering, alone and apart. Fluttershy may have forgiven him, but she feels that she has failed her friend, and longs to understand Discord. Why wasn't she good enough, why did he betray them? Why hadn't he cherished their friendship as much as she had?
Discord, on the other hand, struggles from the pain of his own guilt, and doesn't even know who he is anymore. He doesn't want to lose the closest friend he has either, but he's positive that their relationship will never be the same again. He can't stand it.
They're falling apart, and the magic of the earth isn't happy about it. Then a cloaked stranger comes into the picture, and plants a mysterious flower...
Fluttershy only utters a simple request. "I wish I could understand you, Discord..."
Little does she know that such a wish entails much more than just an understanding...and her wish is granted in the most chaotic of ways--and the only one who can help her is the very friend she is trying to understand.
A doctor wakes up in Equestria and tries his best to tend to his patients and his everyday life.
Some in Equestria consider humans as destructive and foul creatures that only wish for war and to benefit themselves. However, others think that they were very kind and compassionate creatures that would go out of their way to help someone in need. Given humanity's past in Equestria, both opinions are right.
This is a story about a man of medicine who believes that everyone deserves another chance at life, even the most wicked of people. However, when he is thrown into Equestria, he encounters both those who wish for other's safety, and those who's greed overpowers the needs of others. The man's morals and willpower will be tested by those who don't care for life.
This is heavily inspired by the trauma center series. Constructive criticism is welcome.

Just a normal day for our human Adrian when his curiosity leads him astray to a shimmering well. After falling into the well he finds himself in another world filled with strange multicolored ponies! What shall he do next?
Human, Male, 22 years old, and used to the cold. Adrian Frost is his name and this is the story of his new life in Equestria! All it took was curiosity and weak masonry to lead to this new world, but what will happen next?
First human in Equestria story and wanted to take a small break from The Kings Shadow series and try something new! Originally thought to make this a one shot story but as I wrote it out it became something more! (Or at least I hope so), so we shall see where this takes us!

Fredrick falls into Equestria and he is allowed to stay in the castle for his troubles. There, he meets and quickly befriends Princess Luna, and their quickly evolving relationship allows them to explore the 'benefits' of being close, best friends.
By the mysterious workings of the universe and a spell gone wrong, Fredrick lands in the throne room... hard enough to knock him out. After a week in the castle medical wing to treat his wounds, he learns he will have to get used to these anthropomorphic ponies as well as cope with the fact that he will never be able to return to Earth. Being able to stay in the castle indefinitely for his troubles, Fred is able to finally, formally meet Princess Luna in a very personable setting. The two, more alike than they ever anticipated, quickly befriend each other and cherish each other's company.
Of course, as Luna's only (and naturally, best) male friend, and as Fred's best female friend, the two fall into a realm of new possibilities as they become closer with the passage of time... many benefits of knowing each other so well and being unmistakably attracted to each other, as well as the potential awkwardness and fallout of their choices given natural and political barriers in place.
Observe this tale of evolution of friendship directly and through flashbacks, piecing together an entire story of just what it means to grow to love your best friend... along with some other bullshit that doesn't actually happen to anyone.

When Will, a single human living in a world of ponies, becomes friends with benefits with his good friend Rainbow Dash, it seemed like a dream come true.
So why then does it seem like he's just as unsatisfied as ever?
Sam's still trying to fit in, and Rose is still trying to help her, but the human and the pony don't always understand each other's culture.
It's been a week since Sam spent the night at Rose's house, and the two have grown closer. Rose helped plant flowerbeds all around the house, but a surprise visit to check on the flowers on laundry day puts a slight strain on their budding friendship. Now Sam's forced to make some choices she's not quite ready for.
Faust has grown bored of watching her little ponies mill around Equestria, so she decides to bring in some... otherworldly help.

She is bored watching her creations meander around the peaceful skies of Equestria. Oh, sure, there was the occasional creature and monster that her daughters and their student and her five friends would have to deal with. Usually the student and her five friends saving her daughters. But this wasn't enough to keep Faust not bored.
So, for some entertainment, she decides to bring in some otherworldly help...

After six months in Equestria, Elizabeth is tired of lonely nights. Deciding that a stallion is better than nothing, she approaches Big Macintosh with an unexpected request.
Elizabeth doesn't know precisely how she wound up in Equestria. All she knows is that she's now living in what appears to be a real-life version of a cartoon she watched as a little kid. And she's the only human there.
She doesn't really mind, herself. She's made good friends here, and found surprisingly satisfying employment as a woodworker. Her libido is another matter, though.
After six months on a world totally devoid of human men she might share an evening with, she's desperate enough to try a stallion instead. Big Macintosh is a friend, after all, and seems to have the afternoon to himself...

Sometimes during the slow season for the Apple family, bits don't flow as free as one would think. Sometimes little fillies like Apple Bloom could use those few extra bits to buy a few odds and ends she desires. Sometimes when you're short on cash and you just happen to have a boyfriend named Rumble who just happens to be loaded, you know who to ask. Of course just asking for bits isn't enough. Sometimes certain fillies like to treat their boyfriends to a roll in the hay as a thank you.
Diamond Tiara and Button Mash go way too far to get an A on a sex ed assignment.
When Cheerilee's class is given an assignment to study the other gender's body and write a paper on it, who better than Button Mash for Diamond Tiara to exploit for an easy A.

In all his existence, Discord has never faced an enemy as dangerous as this.
Discord's the only creature in Equestria who can recognize the human for what he is -- not the long-lost Seventh Element that never actually existed and couldn't have existed before the human arrived, but a meta-reality warper, an entity far more powerful than Discord with the power to warp the minds of all around him and the very rules of magic to make sure that he's always the Big Hero. And the role the human's assigned to Discord is the Villain to beat down or kill.
Pre-reform Discord's fine with being the villain. But on his own terms. Not dancing on some alien interloper's puppet strings.
Without friendship, or even allies, Discord's going to have to find a way to defeat a creature who can alter fate itself and who can even mind-control him. Or he may just end up worse than dead.

Instead of getting Spike a birthday present, Twilight finds herself trapped in a closed universe. A fictional universe, she believes, where nothing is real. Mike has a different opinion about that.

An Enchanted Book like that Power Ponies comic they had recently experienced. Things went wrong when Spike startled Twilight as she was working the spell for his (secret) gift. Needless to say, startling Twilight while she's in the middle of a spell can be a bad idea - as certain frogs can tell you. Twilight has every reason to believe that she is now trapped in a closed reality bubble fabricated out of her own magic, with no way out. She's lost in some made-up universe reflecting some random story line. Mike, of course, has a different opinion about the matter.

The Cutie Mark Crusaders find, repair, and pilot a giant mecha from Earth's distant future, while dealing with every giant robot anime cliche in the book. This Cutie Mark Quest is a real Crusade.

When the CMC stumble across a giant mecha from another time, another place, another reality, their latest quest for their Cutie Marks takes on epic proportions. Between getting to class, dealing with an angry alien that's somewhat friendly, dealing with an angry alien that is distinctly less friendly, and anything else the heavens can throw at them, you'd think things were hard enough. But they still have to be home by bedtime.
...at least piloting a giant robot makes it easier to get certain bullies to shut up. Ponies dig giant robots too...when its weapons aren't pointed at them.
You can hide away your problems. You can mask all of the pain with lies. You could live an eternity and pray that the scars simply fade away. Despite all of your best efforts though...not even all the power in creation can truly ever fill a void.

A concept that many beings strive tirelessly for throughout their entire existence, yet also might never have the privilege to see.
A concept that the whole of Equestria might finally be able to enjoy for a good long while. Nightmare Moon has been defeated and Princess Luna restored, the changeling invasion was repelled, King Sombra was banished eternally and the Crystal Empire returned to its former glory, and even Discord himself was eventually reformed towards a better state. Indeed, it could be said that the ponies of Equestria might finally be able to relax and recuperate from many an averted crisis.
But peace is a fragile thing...is it not?
Since her recovery, Princess Luna has been pushing herself ever harder towards finally gaining her subject's acceptance that she longs for so much. However, as the months drag on, the stress has slowly begun threatening to bring her towards the breaking point. Whilst seeking out what she believes might finally show the ponies that she only means well, the Princess of the Night happens to stumble upon something not ever once seen upon the face of the planet. A piece of ancient knowledge, all but completely lost to the passage of time.
However, even the greatest of knowledge...has the potential for unmatched destruction. ------------------------------------------------------------------------
I won't ask that you take it easy on me, only that you try to keep any criticism on the constructive level (unless I do something blatantly stupid and abhorrent...). In turn, I will do my absolute best to take all of your suggestions to mind, and attempt improve the story in any fields necessary. All in all...it won't be perfect, but it is my greatest hope that it will in some way pique your interests.
