As the Earth is under threat, humanity reaches out for one last hope of salvation.
It is the year 2038, and the Earth is slowly being consumed by a space-borne monstrosity dubbed the Black Tide, which is using nanotechnology to remake the planet into something hideously alien.
Erin Olsen works for Project Harmonics, humanity's last-ditch effort to find a new world before the Tide can wipe them out. But when that world is found, and it turns out to be occupied, Erin will need to find the courage to face the unknown in order to save the inhabitants of both worlds.

I was enjoying a quiet day at work, when I suddenly find myself in what I can only describe as what a person high on drugs would see, before a blinding rainbow light slams into me and knocks me unconscious.
Upon awakening, I find something very off, not only about my surroundings, but myself. For one, I seem to have become a small horse and a female one at that.
I also seem to be in a forest of some kind. Hang on. Is this the Everfree?

The Anomaly was a star in the Equestrian night sky that was unlike all the others in the heavens. Advances in science and magic had only deepened the mystery. Finally it was decided to send a starship to learn what they could. This is their story.
Advances in science and magic had detected the Anomaly – a star in the heavens that was unlike all the others in the night sky. Intense research had only served to deepen the mystery. Although Equus had a vibrant space program, going forty-two light years to investigate had been considered impossible until now. The Cosmic Lotus program was born, and over a hundred crew-members of multiple species were sent into the void to discover the unknown. After a journey of years, what they would find would both amaze and terrify them.
A reformed Discord decided to spread a new kind of chaos, but he doesn't know where. The inhabitants of a war-torn planet are driving themselves to extinction. A lifeless planet is a monument to Order, and that is one thing Discord can't abide.
After spicing the lives of ponies everywhere, Discord decides things are too boring with Equestia and decides to spread his new vision of chaos to other worlds. He finds one such planet on the brink of being rendered lifeless.
As any self respecting god of chaos can tell you; without life there is no change, and no change means no chaos.
A seemingly incapable Rarity survives along with her human companion in the middle of the Everfree Forest.
After a new spell goes awry, Rarity must find a way back home with the help of a strange alien creature. This 'man' certainly seems capable. They'll need each others skills to make it out of the Everfree Forest alive! That is of course, if they don't drive each other crazy first.

Not all of Alex Mercer's "Evolved" were loyal psychopaths. Some were simply desperate people who Alex thought he could easilly control once he infected them with the "Mercer Virus". However Alex was never one for fool proof plans as he quickly finds out when only a handful of his Evolved army show up at that fateful final battle between him and Heller. Oskar was one of the many of dozens of Evolved that stood by and watched as Alex was consumed and now he finds himself in a strange cutesy land filled with talking ponies. Can this viral being find peace in Equestria or will his need to be secure get in the way?

When Nightmare Moon’s rebellion tore across Equestria, leaving a trail of blood and horror in its wake, Princess Celestia knew that merely banishing her sister wouldn’t be enough. Her army was too powerful, and too bloodthirsty, to be left behind without a leader. When she finally turned the Elements of Harmony against her, she didn’t just banish Nightmare Moon. She banished thousands.
Now they’re in a race against time, to find a way to survive in an environment so alien that every aspect of it is trying to kill them. They face suffocation, freezing, boiling, starvation, radiation, meteorite impacts, low gravity… the list goes on.
Nightmare Moon thought she should be the ruler of all Equestria. Now, in a world nopony was ever meant to survive, her abilities will be put to the ultimate test.

The Harvest Family farm is on the brink of financial collapse. Can this Lord Barleycorn really deliver on all his promises?
Hollow Shades is a small farming and lumberjacking community, a tiny bubble of Equestria smack in the middle of the Everfree Forest. Things have been hard-going since the lumber mill was closed down by its aristocratic owner, and the town is slowly dying. The fate of the town weighs heavily even on the town's youth, with young filly Corn Crib of the Harvests being intimately aware of the fact things aren't going well for her family and friends. And then, a ray of hope comes into her life when she encounters a most unusual figure on the road nearby; a talking scarecrow, one that claims to be Lord Barleycorn, the King of Autumn, who promises to help her however he can. Can the two of them succeed in breathing life back into Hollow Shades?
This is a lighthearted story that contains lots of OCs and an original setting. The mane six will appear, but not until later chapters.

But the thing about one-in-a-million chances is that somebody has to be that one. And Pete has just found himself the winner of a bizarre cosmic lottery, giving him a free one-way trip into a land of magic and wonder: Equestria.
Unfortunately, the locals are skittish, distrustful of anything not their own, and outright terrified of whatever might be threatening to them. A young orphan girl runs away from home to keep from being seperated from her best friend, a young Percheron Stallion.
A young human girl runs away from home with her best friend, and finds herself much further from home than she ever expected. Her arrival in Equestria will cause ripples that affect ponies from the lowest to the highest.

For his first task as the new Winter Knight, Harry must travel to the land of cute little cartoon ponies to stop a plot by the Order of Blackened Denarius that threatens both Earth and Equestria.

Based in MadMaxtheBlack's Your Human and You setting, a human brought to Equestria spends 5 years as a pit fighter before being 'rescued' by Cadence, begins some time before the events of Season 1.
Follows a former professor who was brought to Equestria and spent 5 years as a pit fighter before being 'rescued' by Cadence during a raid by the Royal Guard. Begins some time before the events of Season 1. Unlike the native humans, this human can vocalize, but quickly realizes that revealing this will get him 'fixed' or experimented on. He also doesn't trust ponies, he's seen the dark underbelly of pit fighting too long. He stays with Cadence while planning his escape to a place where ponies won't pursue him.
A normal teenager (who's an anti-brony, by the way) gets sent from a costume party to Equestria, and shenanigans ensue.
After going to that stupid costume party, a teenager named Chris wakes to find himself in a magical world of anthropomorphic ponies. Well, this world seems real enough, and he is dressed as a terrifying, evil wizard, so why not have some fun? Well, after making the wrong impression, Chris, now wanted under the moniker "Malideus", is now running for his life from four vengeful princesses, The Elements of Harmony, a dragon, and every one else who wants a piece of "Malideus". With the whole world out to get him, and no actual powers to speak of, what can Chris do to save himself? Getting his hands on some actual magic would be a start, but using it might take some practice.
